don't know about you, but today was a very busy day for me.
Not to mention- EXHAUSTING!
I slept 3 hours last night and literally, was walking around like a zombie all morning
. Luckily enough, I have "friends" who immediately wake me up by making me laugh. Bless 'em.
So, I guess I have some kind of sleeping difficulties.
So, I guess I have some kind of sleeping difficulties.
I find it hard to fall asleep & I will do anything to avoid it- bath, read, phone, anything.
However, yesterday, I had an actual reason why I wasn't snoozing in my comfy bed: homework
ARGH! What a pain!
hmmm ..
Any ideas on how to motivate myself to do homework earlier and get myself to bed at a decent time?
Just remind yourself of your goals, even if they're far away in the future, like getting into the university you love. For instance, let's say that you're too bored to get up and do your math problems. At that moment you'll remind yourself that the sooner you'll get up, the sooner you'll be over with it, plus there will be more possibilities for you to do better in school just because you spent some time focused on your homework. However, you can set mini-goals that are meant to be reached in the near future, such as going out with friends in the afternoon or having a relaxing spa night by yourself without being stressed out by having to do your homework later. Just a note, this won't work right if you don't make yourself believe that it's worth it. You'll see that after a few times of following this technique it'll become a part of your everyday routine, and you won't have to think about it anymore. AND you'll get some sleep. I hope I helped :)
ReplyDeletethankks a lot.
